Helane is Hall Capital Partners’ managing director, lead counsel and head of compliance. Helane has cut a niche for herself by being among the most notable female compliance officers. Ms. Morrison is an alumnus of the University of California’s Berkeley School of Law. Before her entry into the world of compliance, Helane worked as a legal clerk under the mentorship of famed Supreme Court Judge Harry Blauckman for a year. She had the opportunity of working under one of the most revered jurists and human rights defenders in the US. Thereafter, she had successful stints working at notable law firms including Howard, Nemerovski and Rabkin where she was engaged for ten years from 1986.
Before her employment at Hall Capital Partners, Helane served at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s San Francisco office.
